Siege & City Defense
City-wall attack and defense, enemy invasions and siege warfare are confirmed Mandate Order systems, but strong layouts and reliable counters depend on launch-build pathfinding, range and construction behavior.

The wall is part of the settlement
Digital Sky describes freely planned walls, gates, watchtowers and other defensive facilities within organic city growth. Steam lists city-wall attack and defense and enemy invasions in the Early Access core, while official gameplay material emphasizes wall breaching and siege warfare.
A defense guide cannot stop at wall shape. Construction competes for materials and labor, troops need manpower and equipment, and an invasion can expose weaknesses in routes or access points. Effective defense therefore has economic, spatial and battlefield dimensions that need to be tested together.
